“we'd be happy to be back here”
the best thing about this hotel was the location . it has 3 metro stations near by which makes it easy for you to reach all the major tourist spots, and being near montmartre was also very charming. and pretty much all the street food around and little cafes were all good. they stay open pretty late as well, and we could see many people still eating around 10 to 11 pm.
complimentary breakfast was simple but good enough for us to start the day.
hotel was very clean and staffs were all nice and spoke english for us.
only thing i might complain is that there was no shower certain at bath tub, and you have to keep getting wifi card from the hotel. it is free, but the longest time you can use for these cards were 300 min. and below that it's 120 min. or 90min.
and while we stayed there for 6 nights, we had to get new card about 6 times.
other than that, everything was just perfect for us.
the elevator is very small, but we only had two luggage, so it fit fine for us.
room may feel small to some people, but we sort of expected this and we just needed enough space to sleep, change, put our bags and sit down.
considering the price, i think it would be hard to beat this one in paris.
Area recommendations
if you are visiting around thanks giving to x mas time, don't miss out concord to Arc de Triomphe area. it's not only pretty but very cute and full of interesting little shops. if you are on hunt for high end designer items, visit avenue montaigne .
if you are looking for bargains for previous season's designer items with big discounts, try la vallee village near disneyland paris.
and walking around monmartre can never go wrong.
after check in, if you don;t have other plans, walk around monmartre and visit Basilique du Sacré-Cœur, in side is beautiful, and outside has perfect view of the city.
