Dining
Le Quarante Faubourg - Open throughout the day and evening, the hotel's restaurant serves fine French cuisine in a bright, contemporary restaurant overlooking the busy street. American and Continental buffet breakfasts, lunch, and dinner are all served. The restaurant has a separate street entrance, and is popular with locals. Menu items include Salmon Carpaccio, Roasted Cod with Mushrooms, and Crème Brulée. The restaurant bar is open for afternoon tea, happy hour, and evening cocktails.

“A great place to stay”
I've just got back from staying in the Hotel de Castiglione with some friends. We weren't sure what to expect beforehand but were extremely impressed with the hotel. We were upgraded to a family suite and the room was clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The service at the hotel was fantastic and the hotel is very well located for all the main Paris attractions. We would all stay there again in a flash.
“Second time”
This is the second time I stayed at Hotel de Castiglione and it won't be the last! The location is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean. The restaurant is also very nice - the food is delicious.
“Weekend Getaway”
Expedia rates Hotel de Castiglione as a 3 Star Hotel; I think that they have it wrong. This is at least a 4 star hotel. The service, staff, and breakfast are very excellent. When we arrived our room was ready and we were fortunate enough to receive a room with a balcony with the Eifel Tour right there. The hotel is conveniently located close enough to the Louvre, Eifel Tour, Notre Dame and most other top Paris attractions. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and everything that the hotel had to offer far exceeded all expectations we had.

This hotel, location and price is an exceptional bargain for casual visitors to Paris. The room and view from the balcony made all the difference.
“Great Location, great option!”
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was just perfect Its a short walk to Champs Ellyses where my husband and I would have breakfast every morning The room was a bit small but it had a comfortable bed and a very nice and quite spacious bathroom Its also a very short walk away from Plaza Concordia where u can get the hop on hop off bus tour which we highly reccomend. We will definitly return to this very nice and well located hotel in the most beautiful city in the world!

Good stay for the price, the only thing that didn't work as advertised was the free wi-fi internet access, but they had a computer on the lobby with free internet access.

“Small But Nice”
Needed 3 beds and they had it. Stayed for 10 days. Maid service was tops. Food in the cafe is good but pricey, but then again, everything in this part of Paris is. Internet access in room does not work. For 10E per hour you can use the computer in the lobby. Right across the street from the US embassy. Two blocks from Concorde metro station. Lots of high fashion stores in the area. Bar in lobby has happy hour from 6-8pm (whoops 1800-2000 hours). Room could use better ventilation. Good bathroom for Paris standards, but no shower curtain so you have to be careful with the hand held shower head or take a bath. Hotel staff were great, friendly and helpfull. They speak English too.
“Best Reasonable Hotel near US Embassy”
Conveniently close to a subway, very comfy rooms, nice breakfast, and friendly, English speaking staff. But besides the fabulous onion soup, we don’t recommend this hotel’s restaurant for dinner. The neighborhood is ideal if you're mainly interested in designer label shopping. However, for easiest access to main tourist attractions, it’s better to book close to the Louvre or Eiffel tower.
