We disagree with the guest’s comments:
1)In fact, we are a full fledge 3* hotel, as reviewed and certified by the city of Paris. Further, the hotel is in very good condition, with newly repainted rooms, new carpets, new materials, exquisite ccolours and beautiful frames; “state of the art” systems, including newly replaced bathroom fixtures, the plumbing and electrical system, TV, phone and WIFI internet, etc.
Further, our rooms are impeccably cleaned every day and our hotel is kept in a sparkling clean and in good condition. Also, there is a courtesy platter with a kettle, and FREE coffee and tea in each room.
Finally, our receptionists are always courteous, friendly, ready to help and are pretty quick.
2)Other qualities:
i)Unique Location: Indeed, our hotel is in a great location at the bottom of Buttes Montmartre, with its art galleries, its painters and its museums and restaurants, and its great and easy Metro connections. In fact, it is very safe and agreeable.
ii) Excellent Breakfast: We serve Continental Breakfast as advertised, which includes orange juice, apple juice, tea, coffee, chocolate, hot milk, fresh and hot croissants, pain au chocolate, pain au raisins and baguettes, corn flakes, butter, jam, cheese, boiled eggs, meat cuts, fresh and dry fruits, etc all of these at will. Further, we get fresh bread deliveries from one of the best hotel providers in Paris every day. Also, breakfast is served everyday by a professional waitress who gives a very good service.
3)Reasonable Prices: indeed, our prices are very competitive and even relatively cheap for the quality of service. We really offer an excellent ratio of quality to price
Conclusion:
I wish that the Client would have asked the Manager (myself) and I would have made sure to solve all the Client’s problems.
