“A hidden gem”
What a wonderful experience. We arrived several hours before checkin and were offered luggage storage, wireless access, maps, and a refreshment. The staff was multilingual, helpful, and very well trained. Our entire stay, from breakfasts to the room itself, from the location to the continuing interaction with the staff was welcoming and pleasant. We will definitely return there.
“Hidden gem...”
We only stayed for one night as we live in Paris and this was just an anniversary treat. The hotel was so pleasant though, that we would happily have stayed for longer! The staff were warm and welcoming and our room was beautiful! Breakfast was only 17euro each and set us up for the day. The only negative was the shower ran hot then cold, however when mentioned at check out, the hotel staff apologised profously, explaining a new boiler system had recently been installed and I had the impression they would be investigating the problem. We would happily stay here again though!
“Hotel au design zen très bien situé”
Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre "sensation" de ce tres bel hotel. Rien à redire , accueil excellent , ambiance intime et zen, déco très réussie, situé à 2 minutes à pied des Champs Elysée ... nous ne pouvons que recommander cet etablissement !!!

Staff was helpful and personable Rooms were unique and cozy and full of character. Clean and comfortable
“Hidden Hotel - a gem!”
We were thrilled with our stay at Hidden Hotel. The area was perfect! We were a block and a half from the Arc de Triomphe and the metro, yet the streets near us weren't packed with tourists much like near the Eiffel Tower and Louvre. The staff was ALWAYS friendly and accommodating. They spoke perfect English, which takes away a bit of anxiety when your French is far from fluent. We had the smallest type of room, yet it was still incredibly cozy. The bed was AMAZING. We'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting something a little bit "different". It's definitely not your typical Holiday Inn/Best Western, but that's what makes it so incredible.
“A hidden gem”
This was a great hotel, a real gem. It had the most comfortable bed I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping in, an amazing shower, and a great continental breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was nice (although not many people in it - we bought a very reasonably priced bottle of Taittinger and drank it in our room instead) - and our room was very quiet. It could have done with a bit more of a thorough clean (the walls around our sink were quite dirty) but this is the only critique I have.
“The Perfect Hotel in Paris”
When you travel for business 40%+ of the time, you realize the importance of a comfortable, welcoming space so you can get the rest and have the energy you need during your trip. Hidden Hotel is the perfect combination of an inspirational, comfortable space with a wonderful design that makes you feel comfortable. No detail is left unattended and the hotel is stylish without arrogance. The hand-made feel of the hotel reminded me of the best hotels I've stayed in during my business travels, and its location is perfect for getting around Paris on any form of transportation and is within a short block of several fine dining, entertainment and shopping areas.
“Location”
This is a lovely hotel to stay in, the location is good (5mins walk to Arc de Triomphe and Charles de Gualle Etoile metro terminus). Also the bus stop from CDG airport is close by and as we arrived late in the evening it was ideal just to alight the bus and walk to the hotel and not have the stress of finding a taxi. The hotel is clean and modern and the staff are friendly and helpful.
“HOTEL PAS UN NIVEAU 4 ETOILES MAIS SYMPA”

“Beware the small rooms.”
This is a very unusual place, looking nothing like a typical hotel. It is just down the street from Arc de Triomphe, and an easy RER ride (with one change of train) from CDG airport. And the price I was actually charged was considerably less than the price on my reservation (no idea why). BUT, beware that anything other than "Junior Suite" is extremely small. I rejected the "Emotion" room I had reserved because I could barely walk inside the door before hitting the bed. No exaggeration. No place to sit at all. Literally, no room for a chair (but there was a nice deck). TV has only French channels, which aren't very diverse. And what serves as a desk is really a narrow credenza with a stool to sit on. Bath/shower was part of the room, not separated behind a door, although separate toilet closet was spacious. So, it's convenient, staff is very friendly, but beware any of the regular rooms.
