“Worth While Location”
Very good location and worth while for young travelers not concerned in the size of the hotel room , walking distances from eiffle tower
“Eiffel Villa Garibaldi”
Extremely enjoyed the stay, the hotel was very close to the metro stations and we could even see the Eiffel tower outside our window!! If I went again I will definately stay there!
“Good location, nice hotel”
Conveniently located within a couple blocks of two Metro lines, near a bunch of Asian restaurants and an Asian market as well as some traditional French institutions. Staff were helpful and multilingual, room was European-sized but big enough to move around in. Elevator!
“Hotel Villa Garibaldi”
Nothing to complain about, we enjoyed our stay.
“Will Be Returning Soon”
Myself and my friend settled on the Eiffel Villa Garibaldi as it was a two minute walk to the nearest metro station which had access to all the main routes around Paris, so it was perfect for our leisurely vacation. When we arrived the staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant, I can personally say they were the nicest staff I have ever encountered in Paris having been a frequent visitor to the city. The location of the hotel is perfect if you're looking for somewhere close to eateries and bus routes or metro routes. We had a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower from our small but perfect room which had everything we needed in it. Across the road from the hotel is a supermarket which is perfect for a light lunch to take into the main city or up to Monmartre to enjoy. It also sells beer and wines to enjoy at night in the hotel if you so wish. I would definitely recommend this hotel to younger people travelling to Paris as it can be considered quite 'out of the way' of the main city, however, if you're prepared to board the metro or walk around and explore then this hotel is perfect. We found a lot of nice brasseries around the area, all run by the most friendliest of people. These were restaurants which we found ourselves going back to again and again. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in Eiffel Villa Garibaldi as it provided everything we needed and much more. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I was extremely sorry to leave this charming hotel behind me.
“One of the best choice for a budget trip!”
As a place to stay during vacation or business on a limited budget, this hotel is one of the best choices compared with others at the same prices: Room is quite clean and quiet; room service is prompt; towels and other shower supplies are provided; 24-hour warm shower; 24-hour security; 2-5 minutes walking to 3 different Metro stations; a supermarket across the street; very nice and good English-speaking staffs; local /Japanese /Chinese /Korean restaurants located nearby; nice and safe neighbourhood. Anyway, goodluck for your stay ^o^
“recommend”
would certainly return to this hotel. Ideally placed for sightseeing. Rooms clean and comfy. Bathroom clean and bright, with plenty of hot water in the shower. Staff absolutely lovely, English speaking if your French fails you. Knowledgable and helpful regarding local area. We had view of eiffel tower from our window. Metro station 1 minute walk away, eiffel tower a 15 minute stroll away. Pattisseries, restaurants and shops just couple of minutes away. Good coffee too. We will be back.
“Extremely helpful”
Hotel was in a great location, only a two minute walk from a metro station and surrounded by a great variety of restaurants. Rooms were good value for money, perfect for a one-night stopover. Staff were extremely helpful; I owe them a huge thank you for allowing me to use a shower free of charge after the Marathon de Paris, even though the checkout time had long expired! Would have been a very uncomfortable flight home (for me and everyone else on board) otherwise!
“Great Experience”
The hotel is in a great location, between three different metro stops, all about 1-2 blocks away. Segur and Cambronne are preferable because you can look at interesting things on the way as you walk to the stations. I stayed here for two weeks and was extremely happy with the service. This hotel had excellent security and no curfew, both of which made the stay even better. They lock the doors at around midnight (I think) but you can just ring the doorbell, and they will let you in, which makes everyone feel really safe. The concierge's did their best to make you feel really comfortable and were all super nice. Since we purchased the orange metro card which gives you as many rides as you want for 1 week, and didn't know about the special orange photo ID rule, the RATP gave us a fine of 70 euro (around $100). We told our intelligent and kind concierge who called the RATP for us and we got our money back. They also told us about the cheap internet cafe down the street (more about this below). The hotel was clean, had a beautiful cafe-lobby, and the local environment was pretty great too. There's a lot of restaurants across the street that were excellent. We went to MyungKa (Korean) a few times because they serve excellent Tang-Soo-Yook (a special beef dish) and everything else too. The Cafe Cambronne serves good snails and ice cream too. Those were the best two restaurants on the street, and in the 2 weeks we stayed there, we visited every single one.
“great little hotel”
great staff and very helpful
