It’s basically a 1-bedroom apartment with EVERYTHING already provided: wine glasses, beer mugs, coffee mugs, all kitchen utensils etc etc. no need to bring any silverware or anything they have it. The only thing that was inconvenient was there was very little toilet paper left on the holder and none to add to it so we had to buy our own toilet paper. "We had a couple of minor issues which were immediately attended to by the innkeepers which resulted in a perfect, comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again and would certainly recommend the Cameron House as THE place to stay in Manteo."

"We loved that this hotel was steps away from the water! The breakfast was adequate and the staff was very responsive to our needs. The room we had was nicely remodeled and it had a relaxing, beach vibe. My only complaint is the bathroom. When they remodeled, they neglected this space a bit. Upon arrival, our sink was clogged, but the problem was remediated quickly. Finally, the bathroom floor had clearly not been mopped."

"Our stay was nice, aside from the water pressure in the shower was horrible. Everyone was nice and it’s convenient to most all areas in the outer banks. "

The communication of the exact location and amenities that were available to us, or rather unavailable, was lacking, making the trip a bit stressful as we had to resort to multiple different parties to ask questions. The check out instructions were unclear as well with no way to clarify them. "
