This Walt Disney World® Resort-area hotel offers 614 guestrooms and suites in three, two-story buildings with exterior access and no elevators. Décor is contemporary, with whitewashed furnishings.

Pets are welcomed in a limited number of Standard Deluxe Rooms. Pets are not permitted in King, Poolside, Kid's Suites or Two-Room Suites.

Dining
The Vineyard Cafe - Casual restaurant offering breakfast buffets. Big-screen TV, and child-sized tables and chairs in children's dining area. Children 10 and younger (two per room with paying adult) eat complimentary breakfast at the Vineyard Café. Breakfast only.
People's Choice Lobby Food Court - Selections include Arrezzio's Pizza, Italian Subs, and assorted sandwiches, burgers, and fries. Open from early morning until late evening.
Sports Court Street Bar - Sports memorabilia and TVs showing sports events. Cocktails, beer, wine, and appetizers. Open from late afternoon until late evening.
Tropical Treasures - Poolside bar. Light fare, cocktails, and soft drinks. Open February–October, weather permitting.
Recreation
The Seralago Hotel offers two spa tubs, a gate-enclosed children's pool, and two heated outdoor splash pools, one measuring 25 x 40 feet and the other 32 x 75 feet. Other activities include sand volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, and tennis (lighted for night play). A dungeon-themed game room includes air hockey, hoops, and a variety of arcade games. A fitness room contains two treadmills and a stationary bike.
Hawk's Landing Golf Club, five miles away, offers an 18-hole, par 72 course, a driving range, a putting green and a golf academy. Golf carts are equipped with ProLink electronic caddies that track ball yardage and pin positioning (surcharge). The Orlando Water Sports Complex, 16 miles from the hotel, features wakeboarding, wakeskating, and waterskiing (surcharge).

“Very nice- will use next time in Kissimmee”
Not directly next to Olde Town ( as represented in promotion ) Semi-sheer drapes were an adventure. The pool was very large and clean, the room was comfortable, the shower was refreshingly adequitate. The young lady at check-in was friendly and knowledgable. Tour/Attraction promotion man was also friendly, knowledgable, and helpful.
“Excellent Hotel for the children”
The pool area is the highlight of this hotel. A deep, large pool, along with a wading pool for the litte one's. Off to the side is a medium size play set, it's kid heaven. Dont' forget everything availible on site; arcade, store, resteraunt, movie rental and tranportation.
“It was the ad said it was”
I stayed at the hotel because of the ad saying it was great for kid's and it lived up to it's billing. It was everthing I expected
“March Getaway”
We stayed at this hotel for one week in March 2007. 2 of us stayed in a suite and other family members who were travelling with us stayed in a regular hotel room. If we were to return to this hotel, which we most likely will, I would highly recommend staying in a suite. There is far more room in a suite, more furniture and a little kitchenette which comes in handy to make coffee in the morning, light breakfasts, lunch and the occasional dinner. The swimming pools at this hotel are fabulous. We also liked the fact that there were plenty of fresh towels by the pool. The staff were extremely helpful and always wished us a 'good morning'. My only complaints were that; more tables with unbrellas are needed around the pool area for shade. And, the check in staff could be more friendly. I would definitely go back to this hotel. It is close to everything, malls, Disney, restaurants, gas, and other attractions.

This Hotel is very clean and very nice,we did not have any problems checkin in or out. We are going to come back to this Hotel since my kids love it. The entire Family is very Satisfied. I will recomend This Hotel specially if you have kids. they will have a great time. THANKS
“Will definitely go back”
Very nice hotel, especially for the price. Close to everything (walking distance to Old Town) and great breakfast buffet. Clean and well maintained. Our TV was fuzzy when we got there-I called and we had a new one in 10 min. Great service!
“Family Friendly Place”
We stayed there this past week. Every request we had was met. We asked for extra towels one night & got them immediatly. They also then brought us extra towels every day forward. We asked for a wake up call and had no issue with that either. The staff was extremly friendly & helpful. THe pool is great & it's a wonderful place for families to stay. We were so close to the parks we were amazed. We would definetly stay again. Our rooms were dated but they were clean & comfortable. If you are looking for an affordable, clean place to stay choose here.

“Excellent Family Hotel”
We had a great time! The hotel was well located. They honored my request for a handicap room for my elderly mother. We even forgot some items and Jeanette from Housekeeping called and they left it at the Desk for us to pick up.
“2nd stay was just as good as before!”
Seralago hotel is my favourite hotel in orlando (we have been 4 times to orlando stayed in different hotels each time) sinply because it is very close to the theme parks (especially disney). Highly recommend that you budget for a $12.00 a day parking at the disney parks. Also recommend a helicopter ride over the theme parks and go to a NBA basketball game as it is an excellent form of entertainment for the whole family!( we saw the orlando magic vs. L.A lakers at the anway stadium). just got back this morning and beware for those of you who haven't flown to america before you will get really bad jetlag!! that is the only downside to visiting orlando!!
