Dont book this hotel if you plan to get some sleep. Kids ran up and down the hall until 3 a.m. Music blasted by the pool until 11 pm. Pool staff dragging chairs out by the pool at 6:30- 6:45 in the morning. This was our 1st and time staying at this hotel.

We stayed one night after a long day at the theme park. Check in was smooth staff was nice. Once we got into the room, it was clean however we had to kill roaches that came out of the closet and in the bathroom. The staff apologize and credited the resort fee. Other than that the stay was ok.

Holiday Inn from Hell! Bought 3 night “time share stay couple years ago. Checked in with credit card and paid incidental fee of $50. A couple days later they ran my card with a wrong expiration date for $30 tax and I was locked out/kicked out of my room without warning. Could not get in to get medicine, umbrella, charger as I had Uber waiting. Spent over hour on phone with them and my credit card fraud department about their mistake while I was at Disney. They made a veiled threat comment that they were not going to go anything with my contents for now. This is while I was sitting on bench at Disney. They would not take a cc over the phone for $30 payment. When I got back, they would not let me in room to get wallet without a security guard escort to and from my room stating they had orders for the escort to collect payment. This was their mistake and I was treated like a criminal all over $30 bucks. To this day, Holiday Inn never apologized for this egregious treatment. Their posted motto is “we pledge to treat our owners and guest with integrity, honesty and respect” Kicking a guest out of their room and holding contents hostage for their mistake is not integrity, honesty or respect. I demanded for a call from hotel manager Dustin Burgess and it never happened. I also contacted President and CEO of the Holiday Inn Vacation Club John Staten who acknowledged his team was looking into this but heard nothing. There are over 400 hotels in Orlando. Stay away from Holiday Hell!

Good property with large rooms, but parking, resort fees and the special Orlando hotel taxes on those fees will double the quoted rate for your stay. Holiday Inn simply does not disclose the costs of “additional services” and the special tax on those services when making the reservation. Budget accordingly.

Check in staff was very nice. Room was ready 2 hours early. Carpet in rooms and furniture very dated and worn but still felt clean. Bathroom could use some attention in the room we had. You could tell there was water damage at some point and a bandaid fix was done. Biggest complaint was as soon as you check in the concierge starts calling for you across the lobby to sell you on going the IHG timeshare at the nice resort across town.
