“Great old hotel in Winter Park”

“Real guest care”

This is a delightful period piece of a hotel, in the most desirable part of town. Some reviews commented on train noise -- the hotel staff are doing everything they can to work on this, including working with the legislature. There was a noisy party going on at the bar across the street at midnight; 15 minutes after I called down to the front desk, the police moved in and shut the place down. These people at the Park Plaza REALLY try and look after their guests!

“Park Plaza - disappointed”

Location of the hotel was great, setting was quaint, but room, bathroom and furniture were out of the 1960s.

“Noisy and Uncomfortable.”

We reserved a King and have a Queen, in a very small room. 70 % of the room are directly on the street, and the railway is very close. So, impossible to sleep. Wifi is not include in the price. There is no breakfast in the morning. You have to take it outside. Very expensive.
