Location is great, However the staff are not friendly. I called the front desk at around 11pm to ask for help regarding the wifi since I cannot connect, Nobody answer, I called three times. I need the wifi because my mobile internet/LTE is slow and I need to submit some documents for my nursing license. I decided to go down to the front desk since nobody is answering my call. There was no one there, then about 5-7 minutes when an airline crew arrived, an employee named Rowena came out, She catered the crew first even though she saw me standing there for awhile, I did not mind because I know the airline crews are tired. After Rowena attended the airline crews I asked her for help regarding the wifi, She did not even said Hello or What room are you, She instantly said what’s the problem? Then told me I cannot do anything about it, I told her I just need some help because I need to send some documents and the mobile internet has no signal or has low signal in the room, and I was at another Fairfield by Marriott on Flamingo near Disney the day before and I don’t have any problem. Her response is just unprofessional and It seems like I bothered her for asking for help.
Anyways, the Flamingo Branch is great.
