"We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Its location is right on the Royal mile, so there is ready access to excursion pick up locations, restaurants, and shops.The staff really goes that extra little bit to assist and help make the experience great. "

"I would have given them 5 stars but staff was not clear about check out time . Nor was it posted anywhere visible about the time to check out . We ended up having to rush back to hotel and clear room because we exceeded check out time. "

"Great location right off the Royal Mile and close to tons of shops, restaurants, and landmarks. Tesco is right around the corner which is also convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, which check in and out taking only a few minutes. Our only complaint was that the Wi-Fi connection is extremely spotty, but other than that a good place for the money. "
