Room was small, but we found it clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk were friendly. We loved how close the motel in to Skaha Lake beach. Very convenient location and parking is great. If you are looking for an inexpensive option, this is a great choice.

Pros: Nicely renovated bathroom for the price of the room. Location is close to beach and has easy access to the highway and main roads. Good stay for the price. Cons: Room was very small. Took a bit to figure out the a/c. Wifi was good but no space to do work on computer except on the bed.

If it wasn’t for the carpet in the room, I would have given a MUCH higher rating. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The carpet, however, was disgusting. Stained and dirty and really provided a more negative impression of the facility.

Cleanliness wasn’t the greatest as sand and some grime was around the rooms when we checked in. Great location to Skaha beach and friendly staff albeit one older lady closed the office quite a few times and was sitting in the back and not as knowledgeable about the area as you’d expect front counter staff to be. Great BBQ area for evening relax time.

The outside of the motel room was pretty decent. I wouldn't say the place was that clean unfortunately as the floors had dirt in each corner, carpet in bedroom didn't look vacuumed, dishes weren't the most clean, etc. Wishing they'd update the space some more and change the lighting to not be florescent. They've got a great location, it's just unfortunate with the rooms not feeling welcoming.
