"Everything is great about property except people at front desk. They are rude and have no costumer service skills. Both times I have stayed here in the last year the front desk people don’t greet you, act bothered and busy and don’t even make eye contact. They need to be replaced with customer service trained staff. "

"This hotel was so quiet and peaceful and perched above other hotels in a very beautiful setting. We really enjoyed the convenience of being able to store our bikes in the hotel and access them as needed. The view from our room was awesome and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub."

They don’t do food room service which is disappointing. The restaurant options weren’t that good either. Had to leave to get some decent food. Overall, it was a good stay. "
