"The resort is well laid out but is showing signs of wear and tear. The hot tub didn’t work until the last day of our week there. They have played Jenna with other features. They used to have a high end coffee and hot drink machine. That has been replaced with a cheaper and more basic one, with fewer options. Less staff available and the main building closed overnight. The World Golf Hall of Fame is no longer in the adjacent facility and the whole space feels like a ghost town. The people...

"This house is the reason you choose vrbo over hotels. From the minute I booked it the owners were super friendly in their communication and made staying at their property easy and welcoming. Not only did it feel really clean, but the owners thought of so many ways to make the stay great for their guests. There were little snacks in jars, coffee and creamer, plenty of soap (not just the little hotel bottles, but large refillable ones so you can wash yourself properly), and they weren't stingy on...

"There were 5 of us all in our early 60s. There was so much room in this house! Big kitchen and 2 living room areas. Great master bed and bath. The backyard was the gem of this property. Pool and outdoor cabana were perfect to spend a hot day lounging around the pool. Lots of shade if you need it. Location of the house is perfect! You could walk across the Bridge of Lyons to the historic district. The host was very responsive to our quick questions. We will definitely be back!"

"We had a great stay at the property. It was clean however some of the amenties like the ironing board and iron were old and broken. It would also be helpful if the property indicated where the washer and dryer were. Since there was a separate rental in the back, we didn't want to intrude. Also you can hear the traffic but we were able to sleep without issues."

"This property was very nice for a small family. The only thing I found lacking was the second bath. The shower is in terrible shape. It definitely needs to be replaced. The master bath was wonderful with a huge shower. It was in a good location as well."

"At first sight , this is a very clean home in a great neighborhood. Walking in , we were welcomed with a cute and helpful gift basket. Everything we needed for our trip was provided. I will definitely consider this property next time I’m in the area"

"Stayed for my daughter's pinning ceremony and graduation from UNF; my wife youngest daughter and mother in law. PERFECT location, nice layout with plenty of privacy for all four of us (wife and i were on top floor, everyone else on second floor with their own rooms.) Short walk to beach access, plenty of stores and restaurants around, Short drive to UNF or downtown. Will definitely stay here again whenever i am in town."

"This stay was just what our family needed. Enjoyed plenty of time relaxing by the pool with our kids and dog. Also, we were close enough to the beach, but not too close. The bikes were a huge plus to have so that we did not have to deal with parking when going to the beach or restaurants. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"We loved the house and location. House was very clean. The only thing I can say about the house is that the TV's in bedrooms need to be Smart TV's. We basically only got minimal channels. Also, mattress needs to be updated in bedroom downstairs. Overall, great house with lots of room and very nice pool."

".We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It was lovely for a longer stay. The apartment had the basic dishes so you could have breakfast. The pool was lovely to dip into on a hot day. The gym was a good gym"

"Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property."
