This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, called Flip Flop Inn, is your home away from home. The house is only 1 block from the beach and sleeps a maximum of 8. There is 1 queen in the master bedroom on the ground level. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms + 1 bathroom are on the 2nd level. There is 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom & 1 full with twin bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. This house is pet friendly (dogs only) with a $200.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee!

This house is located in the quiet Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. The Flip Flop Inn is conveniently located to several restaurants, shops, beach bars, attractions & more. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to make a meal. Wanna grill out? No problem, there is a BBQ grill and picnic table too. There are TV's in all 3 bedrooms as well as the living room, free Wi-Fi, parking for 2 vehicles and a full sized washer & dryer. The beach is is only 400 ft away and the Flip Flop Inn features an enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water and a foot wash to minimize bringing sand inside.

Excellent Choice!!
Very convenient check in location with great customer service. The house was clean and met our expectations. After arrival, I did notice that the grill was missing however I called the next morning and the staff was very friendly and stated that they would get us a grill. We drove down to the local grocery store and was gone 30 - 45 minutes at most. Upon returning there was actually 2 grills (1- gas / 1- charcoal) in the carport area along with 2 very nice rocking chairs that were not there previously. I had read other reviews which mentioned the storm door and also a stoop. We did find that the storm door didn’t latch in which our pooch pushed against the door and escaped out to another dog which was being walked in the near vicinity. Coming down the stairs, there is a stoop and then another step down which leads to the carport as well as the outdoor shower. It is a very slight stepdown that isn’t marked which could be dangerous as I almost fell on 2 separate occasions (both at night). Other than that, everything met our expectations. We would definitely stay there again!

The house was great and as advertised!
We loved the house, as it was nice and updated. We couldn't help but notice, the property was not cleaned very well, as there were hairballs on the floor in living room and under TV stand, and the HVAC filter had 1/2" of gunk on it, which was whistling and not working properly. We changed the filter out, and it seemed to work fine. If the home was cleaned properly, we would have nothing to report. Close to beach, and included all amenities listed. We had fun!

Great house!
The house was perfect and such a quick walk to the beach! Not the best if you’re looking to be close to shops and restaurants, you have to drive. But if you are looking to relax, the location is great!

It was nice but had some issues- the refridgerator filter kept dinging because it needed replaced , the rocking chair under the deck was broken and we couldn’t use it and the picnic table bench was broken and not safe to sit on - also some of the pans to cook in were scratched and we couldn’t cook good in some of them because the food stuck to the pans/ liked the privacy and the neighbors were great !

Had a great time! House very nice, A bit loud first 2 nights as there were college kids in nearby house setting off fireworks and playing loud music, but they were told to leave and all was great after that.

Lovely Place
Came here with a few friends for a girls getaway with my three dogs and we absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, steps away from the beach. The unit itself was very nice, well stocked with everything one would need for a vacation getaway. There were a few minor issues that were addressed immediately by Northbeach Realty. They were incredibly nice to work with and we look forward to renting this unit again in the future.

Family Beach Trip
Overall we had a great stay and the property is super close to the beach which was awesome. We had an issue with the door code - the one provided did not work so we had to call the after hours number. They were very responsive and called back within 5 minutes and provided a code that worked. The glass door was difficult to lock / unlock and the spring that keeps the door from flying open / slamming was not on the door. Plenty of room for the 4 of us plus our fur baby. Overall was clean but we did find a pair of swimming trunks, bar of soap and shampoo in the outside shower and there were a couple of hair balls and some sand left in the shower on the main floor. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
