“Almost brand new serviced apartment”

This serviced apartment is almost brand new! Everything in the room is new and last generation and the room is decorated quite pleasingly. All in all, a superb hotel in France.

“Decent hotel”

Decent hotel. Location looks a bit dodgy but is very handy for station and tram. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Efficient check in and chech out.

le ménage doit se faire plus souvent, nous avons logé une semaine et les femmes de ménages ne viennent que le lundi.je propose au pire de laisser à la portée des clients un aspirateur ou balai. sinon le séjour était agréable!

“Generally pretty good :)”

Nice new building (doesn't appear on google streetview yet) with compact but functional accommodation. Kitchenette is fairly well supplied, though only has a single saucepan for cooking (though two hobs, which was a little pointless). Tech fairly good - nice flatscreen TV with USB, HDMI etc ports so you can watch your own stuff, though internet is wired, so you have to stay at the desk to use that. Location is good - the area looks a little shabby, but OK, about half an hour gentle stroll to the seafront, or the trams pass right by - very good for transport links, train, tram and bus stations all within a couple of minutes walk.

Fantastic stay at the apart city nice. Really clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful. About 15 minutes to the centre of nice with a tram stop just outside the hotel, and a bus stop behind with good transport links to Cannes and Monaco.

Personnel charmant, hôtel propre, fonctionnel et super bien situé avec le tramway qui circule toutes les 3 mn!

Reception staff bi-lingual,efficient and friendly. Location of hotel good with Tram & Bus service 3 mins walk away. We self catered for some meals,the kitchenette was well equiped, a buffet breakfast was available if required. A large supermarket Carrefour was 10-15 mins walk away. Appartment Hotel Excellent value and highly recommended.

“Needs finishing!”

I have just come back from Nice after a 6 night stay. The" apartment" was a hotel room with a very small kitchen. A sofa that turned into a bed, a view onto a building site. I stay in apartments where ever i travel to and this certainly was not one! I think this hotel needed to be fully completed before opening its doors to paying customers. Our wardrobe doors didn't work but when we went to complain they said they knew?? There was no information about the hotel or surrounding areas or how to get to anywhere in our room so we had to keep going down to reception to ask because guess what- the phones didn't work yet. If your planning on chilling in the room and watching tv... learn french!! the only channel in english was BBC world news and believe me there is only so much of that you can take!! Plus points- there is a tram stop right on the door step and the train station is only a 10 minute walk, there is a supermarket round the corner and the reception staff speak good english.

“SOME GOOD AND SOME BAD”

There was no chopping board, cutting knife, no saucepan lid, no tea towel provided. no cleaning service , no bath towels changed during the 6 nights stay.It's no use asking the chambermaids directly because they pretend to understand what you asked for, but by the time come back to the hotel in the evening, you find nothing done. Then it was too late to complain to the reception staff.(reception closed at 7:30 in the evening.) It is better you ask or write it down on a piece of paper what you want and ask or hand over to the reception staff directly in the first place. The bed is rather small and pipe framed temporary one and no good for a person more than 5 foot tall. The shower , fridge and cooker are very good. One day there was no clean towels. BE AWARE THAT A CITY SERVICE TAX OF 6 EURO WILL BE LEVIED ON ARRIVAL Tram stop is round the corner which is very convienient.
