"Had a stay in mid September--lots of amazing weather to experience: hot, cool, stormy, calm, hazy, crisp. Enjoyed the deck and sun and the cozy fireplace. So close to the East Coast Trail for great hikes. Had friends come for some meals and it was a great space to visit and enjoy. It feels remote yet safe. "This house is amazing! It is tucked away in a quiet cove. It was clean, decorated to preserve the history, well furnished, and in a perfect spot for visiting Trinity, Elliston and Bonavista. We loved whale watching from the patio in the evenings."

But best of all were the surroundings you could see from those windows: the ocean was right outside, as were the woods and walking trails. "Million dollar view was hampered by tall trees. Very deceiving. No closets, hangers, hooks or drawers (already full), to store our clothing. No practical hooks in the bathroom. Miniscule counter space in bathroom (a shelf would be welcomed). With the window in the main bedroom facing the road we were disturbed early in the morning (6am) by traffic noise (trucks, trailers, quads, etc.). Mattress sagged considerably in the middle."
