"The house was perfect for us. Way out in the middle of nowhere, quiet and secluded. The house was clean and and lots of room for the kids to run around. There is a wonderful trail that leads out to a cliff Lookout. The house is owned by a nearby (12 km away) wilderness resort. The hot tub and wifi mentioned in the ad are located there, not at this house. Watch out with leaving food around outside, we did spot a coyote near the house while we were outside having a bonfire. "If youre looking for a quiet place with a beautiful ocean view away from the city, this is perfect. They even mowed a path down to the beach below. Great walk and so quiet. Highly recommend and it was close enough to Sydney that we could drive in to do what we needed. "

"I spent 5 days in Cape Breton and this was by far the best hotel I stayed at. Most of the other lodging options, especially deeper/father north into the park are “rustic” - stained tubs due to mineral water, cranky AC, mattresses that dip in the middle from heavy use. The Telegraph was none of those things. The rooms were modern on the inside and the staff was very friendly. Please stay here, you won’t regret it. "
