"Would have given 5 stars but on arrival found we had to use a lot of stairs , my fault for not asking before hand. Location was excellent. Rooms clean and comfortable. Denise ( owner) was very pleasant and friendly."

"First time staying here and we weren’t disappointed. Room was spacious and airy , bed very comfortable. Welcome pack was good. Shower was great and bathroom was immaculate. My only suggestion was to add a handrail inside the shower and maybe a small corner shelf for shampoo, conditioner , shower gel it’s much better for someone disabled. "I am overall impressed with the property being close to the city centre. The operators are very polite and try to be as accommodating as possible. My only suggestion is for the operator to not knock on the guest's door in the prior evening knowing the guest has to leave really early in the following morning."

Had the ability to grill our own food and have a fire to sit around and enjoy the beautiful weather we had way into the night. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Play area for the kids. This is by far our favorite place so far on our two week trip around the UK. "

"The property had a great view and a convenient location. The balcony was nice. It is a little loud at night when you have the windows/balcony door open, which we did because it was warm. I appreciated the milk for coffee in the fridge. The coffeeshop across the street is fantastic as well, and the river is right there. Staff were super communicative and helpful when we had a travel-related issue. Would absolutely stay again. "
