"We stayed in this property just for 2 nights, but got amazingly lucky in that when midnight hit on NYE, we were treated to a birds eye view of what felt like everyone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen shooting up fireworks all around us. From the balcony we sat as a family and took it all in. What a fun surprise! The property is right on the historic walking and shopping street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean, modern but cozy, and comfortable."

The town was very quiet when we visited (June, before school break), but it was just the quiet lovely space that we wanted. The view is breathtaking, the bike trail to Garmisch so close, the bus stop down the street, and the mountain trail almost at your back door. Perfect!! A little expensive for two people, especially because the WiFi did not work and the management was unresponsive to our messages to address the problem.
