Private Awesome View chalet - Hot Tub, Wi-Fi, Cell -Alaska: Right Out the Window
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (92)
"I wish I could live here for the whole summer. It was very clean. Huge bed. Hot tub was great. There is a small gas grill on one of the decks. I used it almost every day. There is another deck up the spiral staircase where there are more beds. The heat worked great although I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. But that is fine with me. "Our cruise was cancelled so we flew into Anchorage and booked this home. Gary met us at the door and showed us around. The house was perfect and beautiful. It was about 1 1/2 hrs from Anchorage and 1 hr from Seward. We were able to see sites in Seward and in the area. We would have loved to stay longer but we had other commitments. The views of the lake and mountains are breathtaking. Gary was very nice and visited a few times as we were leaving. We would definitely stay here again if we find...

"First of all - the VIEW. We literally gasped! The cabin was spacious, extremely clean, well appointed with comfortable furniture (the beds were FANTASTIC), and they had the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen at a rental. Communication with the owner was quick and easy and they were extremely helpful/ had great local advice. There is a great little walk down to the lake too that we all really enjoyed. If I find myself in this area again I know exactly where I'll be staying!"
