“Very good”
The surrounding area is currently under going large scale development but do not let this put you off. The hotel is lovely and modern. The rooms are a good size, clean, comfortable and the remainder of the hotel is a typical high quality business hotel. You are a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro line or a 35 minute walk from the Duomo (cathedral) and central square. Breakfast is included and overall the whole stay was very good value
“Excellent hotel, shame about the city”
Stayed at the Ac Milano for 2 nights at the end of July 2009. Hotel is stylish & newly decorated rooms are clean & comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful, Breakfast was included in our package and was more than what we were expecting, hot and cold food with a choice of scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, cheese, ham, croissants, fresh juices The Garibaldi station is only 5 minutes walk where you can catch the train and metro for 1 euro or just 2 minute up the road you can catch the tram, ticket can also be brought from reception. All in all a fantastic hotel & would recommend to anyone visiting the city.
“very pleasant stay”
The hotel is located approx 10 mins from the centre. The number 3 tram stop is a 1 min walk from the hotel and drops you at most areas you would wish to shop in!! very regular service. Corso Como a short walk from hotel, felt safe walking at night, night life good here although it doesn't get going until very late!! Milan not the prettiest of cities but we were there for the shopping!! which was fabulous. The hotel is very trendy/modern. The room was great particularly the bathroom!! best hotel shower I've ever had!
“Better than expected! Wow!”
The hotel and rooms are beautiul, the staff veryyyy helpful, and the location is right on the 4 tram to the center, a direct ride. It's close to some nice restaurants and bars, too. The breakfast was delicious and Italian. I'm still craving sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil. Mm.. Also th free minibar was a great touch.
“Great Hotel, Highly Recommended”
Although this hotel is not in the very best location it is definitely very convenient for Garibaldi Station and has a tram stop almost directly outside, trams into the center (Duomo) take about 10mins and run regularly. The hotel itself is very clean modern and looks newly decorated. The room was excellent well equiped, clean, comfortable bed and a free mini bar. The inclusive breakfast includes cereal, fruit juice, tea/coffee, bread, egg, bacon, sausages, muffins, cheese, parma ham, salami, etc. etc. Enough to fill you up till your evening meal! All in all highly recommended!
“Very nice hotel”
We only stayed one night during a road-trip, but the hotel was very nice. We have traveled all over Europe and this was probably the nicest room we have had. The hotel is modern and taken care of. We had a huge room and the there was a crib for our son waiting in the room. Staff was fantasic and if we ever go back to Milan we are staying here.

“Would definitely stay again; Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff”
Beautiful hotel and an AMAZING STAFF!!! Not in the greatest of areas, but it has its "charm." Very close to the tram lines (#3,4,14, I believe) and Girabaldi metro station is a 5-min walk. We had a camera stolen on the 3rd day of our weeklong trip, and the concierge let us use his personal cell phone to call the U.S. to have money sent to us. Decent (free) breakfast, but nothing to write home about. The rooms are beautiful, with a tasteful modern design, with a FREE mini-bar! Only downside is that beds were very firm, but that seems to be the norm in Europe. Highly recommended!
“Excellent Hotel”
Excellent hotel - I always look forward to staying the the AC Milano. Comfortable large rooms with very comfortable beds, complimentary soft drinks mini-bar, good breakfast, very welcoming staff and excellent facilities. You can take the metro almost to the door of the hotel and get good connections from there to anywhere in Milan.
“Modern & Fabulous”
Definitely one great hotel in Milan - recently built. It was cheap to get from the train station to the hotel - about a 10 minute cab ride. Milan was awesome - if you're there you have to visit the Italian designer boutiques. When else can you say you bought an Italian bag in Italy?
