“Pleasantly surprised”
I booked 2 single rooms for this hotel, on arrival we were upgraded (free of charge) to double superior rooms. I was very impressed with the service, the hotel staff were very nice and polite and helpful and all spoke English so I did not need to struggle with a phrase book. Really pleased with my stay, bedrooms were clean, business like. The only down side would be the lack of Sky but I was so tired from all the walking that I didn't need this at all.
“Très bonne situation ; hotel très confortable”

“Good breakfast!”
very clean, close to subway station
“Jolly hotel MIlano”
Hotel tres bien situé , proche du centre et des transports en commun, Métro à 100 m , tramway devant. Calme Service et chambre sans problème... Petit déjeuner copieux et très correct En plus nous avons été surclassé en catégorie supérieure
“Great hotel”
The Jolly was a joy...pun intended! no seriously, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Good location. Great service. Big and clean room. Me and a buddy got the suite, and were very happy with the room. Its not like you even spend time in the room on vacation anyway, but no complaints, and it was near the Milan shopping district, and a short taxi away to good nightlife. Highly recommended.
“Lovely rooms - nice atmosphere”
Really good value for money, lovely rooms, in a fairly central area of Milan - would highly recommend this hotel
“so modern hotel”
very comfortable hotel.rooms which we stayed was very big and comfort. although it is little bit far f(15 min with walking) from the center of milano it was very satisfacted for us.hotel personal were very kind and they helped us about everything.
“Affordable Luxury”
This is the first time (on a publishing budget) that I have stayed in a hotel that felt so luxurious. The room was very large and had the look and feel of a boutique hotel. The bathroom looked like it had been finished the day before it was so sparkly. The bed was large and very very comfortable. The only complaint was the soaps and shampoos etc all smelt like citrus fruits, rather than a rich perfume I prefer, but the content of the bathroom box had everything including toothbrush, hairbrush, razor etc. The staff were very friendly and accomodating and the hotel is walking distance from the main train station and 10 minutes away from the main shopping area. Loved it.
“Love NH Hotels!”
Hotel was close enough to Milan Central Station, but far enough that you didn't get the riff-raff. Metro around the corner from hotel to get to other areas of Milan. Hotel was clean, free breakfast was a lot better than expected, great service from staff. If you need to exchange money, do it at the hotel, they don't charge to exchange. Hotel in great neighborhood for restaurants and shopping.
“It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel”
On arrival at the hotel we were impressed with the service and due to our late arrival we were delighted to find quite an extensive room service menu, which is not typical of an Italian Hotel. Our room was always cleaned to the highest standard. We also appreciated the fact that we didn't have to check out until 2pm, again this was an unexpected and welcome facility.
