“Excellent hotel and location”

Tidy and comfortable hotel close to Metro station and main Central Station. Tidy and comfortable room with soft drinks in mini bar topped up each day. Also free wi-fi. Met all our expectations.

“just right”

this hotel is in a very central location to the main train station in milan as well as within walking distance (15 minutes) to most of the main attractions of the city. The rooms are actually quite spacious and the bed was really comfortable (always an important feature!). They offered free bottles of water and soft drink in the room and wi fi was also free (perfect!). The price was extremely reasonable for what was offered. I would definitely stay again.

“Tired, needs work, but handy.”

Given that it's Milan, the location close to Stazione Centrale and the Corso Como was handy and reasonably priced for the location. Staff were amenable, but the quality of the rooms need some serious upgrade. The beds are rock hard, as were the pillows, shower had miserable pressure and the noise from the street and passing trams could be heard throughout the night (take earplugs if you're a light sleeper).

The hotel is easy to reach. However, old. Bath was refurbished but the shower was not functioning. Electrical system failed several times. Internet connection was slow. Bed was all right. Size of the room was all right. Breakfast was below average. It is definitely NOT a **** hotel. Maybe **
