“Clean room”
The room was really clean. The people at the front desk were very courteous and friendly. It was in a nice location in Coral Gables. The pool was nice. I wish I could have stayed longer. Hot tub was very small though.

Pour des habitués de miami et miami beach, c'st un nouvel endroit extraordinnaire pour combiner les affaires et la détente. Une véritable évasion dans un lieu si particulier, Coral Gables, anachronisme architectural et merveilleux havre de paix... à deux pas du "miami-vice" style si nécessaire !
“a pleasure”
when we got to the hotel we were exhausted. The people behind the desk did whatever they could to make sure that we got to our room as soon as possible. the concierge gave us directions to wherever we needed to go and we felt comfortable asking for assistance. the rooms were clean, the food was good and the hotel more than met our expectations. i certainly would recommend it to anyone as wel;l as return there myself with or without my family.
“Great hotel”
The service was excellent. The staff was very pleasant and polite. The room was clean and a good size. My kids loved the pool. The restaurant's menu don't have a lot of variety and the prices were high. The valet service was extremelly efficient. I will certainly go back.
“Relaxing and very nice hotel, relief from South Beach”
The Hyatt staff was very polite and helpful, my mom and I stayed here for a night because we had to go to a convention in South Beach the next day (we run a business together) and we didn't want to be around the noisiness and party atmosphere of South Beach, and we always stay there so we wanted to try something. Lovely shops and restaurants in the nearby area on Miracle Mile. If you are on vacation you would want a car to get around to the other attractions in the area like Coconut Grove, Vizcaya, and South Beach but if you don't mind driving a few minutes this hotel is a beautiful place to stay. Rooms were very clean and bathrooms were spacious with granite counter tops. My only complaints are that my mom is allergic to down pillows which is the only option in the hotel, but if you don't have down allergies it doesn't matter, also, internet is $10 a day. I would stay here again though, great for a business traveler or someone who wants to be in a quieter part of town. We ate a great Thai/sushi restaurant for dinner and a wonderful French restaurant for breakfast that were both within walking distance. Lots of cute boutiques around too.
“Would definitely go back”
My parents and I stayed here from 4/16-4/20 2006. Our reason for visiting Miami was for my mother's eye surgery at Bascom-Palmer rather than vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and the staff throughout our stay was professional and friendly. We were treated like family that you actually like. The room was spacious, clean, bright and comfortable. Our only complaint was that there is not adequate drawer space, but this is a small matter. Given the hotel's location in Coral Gables, it appears to be more geared to the business traveller. We only ate at the main restaurant for breakfast and preferred the lobby lounge for late evening snacks. We tended to eat our lunches away from the hotel. There are other restaurants within walking distance. The location of the hotel is in nice, but may be too quiet for families or vacationers looking for the excitement of Miami Beach. For our purposes, this hotel was wonderful and we would definitely return.
“Great location right in Coral Gables”
The hotel was beautiful and the service was fabulous. A great spot to stay if you need something centrally located in Coral Gables. The pool area really felt like a little oasis right in the middle of town.
“Second Time Around”
We stayed at the Hyatt Coral Gables last year and enjoyed the Hotel aand our Great 14th Floor Room that we returned to SOBE and CG again this year! We requested the same room and the request was Granted! What service!
