"This property is highly unique. I travel quite a bit and have never had the pleasure of staying in a pimped-out treehouse. It awakened the little boy in me. I wished there were more of these around the country. The design and layout of the property, along with the decoration, are exquisite. The staff is filled with Southern hospitality. The check-in team was accommodating and knowledgeable about places to eat and visit. The shopping and selection of items are as unique as the resort itself. In short, I would return to Memphis to stay here. The downside is that there is no other development around the property; it is a stand-alone attraction. However, with the observation deck, one could argue it may not need anything else. The restaurant was underwhelming, and the floor was sticky. As a result, I chose not to eat there, so I could not comment on the food. I give this property 9.3 out of 10 stars."

"Very close to "touristy" Beale Street; which was what we were looking for on this trip. Lovely rooftop with exceptional views, wish it was open for early morning tea and coffee. "

"Great property, situated within a 20-minute walk of the historic Beale Street, with all its restaurants and music bars. Private parking was available for a small additional fee, and the valet service was quick and efficient. There is a decent bar and a restaurant on-site. I loved using the glass elevator, which provides a great aerial view of Memphis. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the king size bed very comfy. I would go back again."
