"Family and I stayed prior to going on cruise. The location of the house is close to a lot of things even within walking distance so we found it convenient. The house was well kept and clean and Steven was convenient and helpful in assisting us with checking in. The beach was nice and walking there and back to the house for lunch made it worth the while."

"Stayed here with some of our friends for a wedding weekend. The place was clean and exactly like the pictures. They had everything we needed during our stay, and even had an air hockey table! "Fantastic property! Spacious two bedroom, two bath home in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful backyard with patio furniture and grill. Kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, pots, plates, etc. Bathrooms stocked with toilet paper and towels. Large utility room with washer/dryer. Close to grocery store. About 30 minutes to beach. Would definitely stay at this property again! The host was very accommodating and easy to reach."

Fenced yard was completely secure for our dogs, pool was wonderful, had plenty of convenient items in kitchen and bathrooms. Buiyan has been a pleasure to work with. We had no problems during our stay and would rent again! Loved the flamingo float in the pool!"

"This was our home away from home for 2 months. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood, good for our daily walks. (Note, there is noise from I-95). Amenities/shopping is close by. Beaches are about 20-30 min drive. The house was clean and adequate for our needs. Lots of room."

"We enjoyed staying in this large home that has been completely renovated and attractively furnished. It was very clean, well appointed, and conveniently located close to shopping, dining and golfing. Access to the beach was an easy drive across the intracoastal waterway and we never experienced annoying traffic delays when we went to the beach.We walked in the quiet neighborhood daily, the neighbors we met were friendly and we never had any worries about loose pets. "The house is wonderful. It was too big for the 2 of us. Nice location to do things we wanted to do. It was chilly in the house as the heat was not an option. The weather was cooler than normal. We did get a response and were able to do temporary heat test which helped but only lasted a short amount of time. There was half of a burrito left in the microwave. Not sure how long that was that there. The dishes in the dishwasher were not clean. I prefer hand towels to paper towels. More...

"The house has everything you need and it is as advertised. Very clean and updated. Plenty of room and a convenient location. As you drive in, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Once you pull in the driveway, it’s a different story. Owner was very gracious and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. We would definitely stay here again."

"This was our family's second stay at the Riviera Club. From the initial booking to the day of departure, the process was a smooth sail. The condo was just as described online. We enjoyed the acommodations with amazing balcony views of the ocean and beautiful sunrises every day. The area that the property is located has something to do for all walks of life. Never let us have the entry code. We drove all the way there to get ignored having to find a last minute hotel. RUN!"
