"Absolutely spot on what it says. The house has everything you need. The host said all we needed to take was, food, drink & charcoal for the BBQ. This is so true. The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb."

The room is in need of some care with a leaking shower head and stains on the furniture (I'm sure they've been cleaned). The room faced out into the King's Lynn minster which, laying in bed listening to the bell ringing practice Sunday morning was great. Being a room over a pub in a busy party of town...
