Escape to the serenity of Maple Ridge with our quaint + bright daylight suite. Nestled in the heart of this stunning city, our suite offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

This large suite is partially soundproofed, full of character and is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will be minutes to many trails, dykes, lakes + parks including Golden Ears Provincial Park.

Close to the best coffee shops, cafés and restaurants in town.
1 - We live upstairs with young children and a small dog (French bulldog, Luna). The suite is partially soundproofed but we still are very conscientious of noises.

2 - This is not the house for you if you are looking to have a party or bring the party back with you. Registered, paying guests only. This is an above-ground suite with owners living upstairs. We DO NOT allow loud, disruptive behavior and ask that all guests observe quiet hours between 10pm - 7am.

3 - On-street parking only (ample parking is available in the front of the house). There is no off-street parking available.

4 - While the bathroom is newly designed and renovated it is small.

5 - You will not hear traffic noises inside the suite (except if there is a siren) and only minimal traffic noises outside. There is a white-noise machine available for light sleepers.

6 - There is no access to the private back yard.

7 - Washer and dryer are shared with the owners who live upstairs.

8 - As a general rule, pets are not allowed at this property. However, if you have one, ask us - we might make an exception.

9 - Smoking is not allowed anywhere in or on the property.
We live upstairs and will be available should any need arise. We will give you your space but we are very friendly so feel free to reach out if needed.
Located in a quiet, prime residential neighbourhood with ample street parking. You are walking distance to the downtown core, bus stops, brewery/pubs, restaurants and shopping. You will be in an excellent central location between two arterial roads - it's very convenient to get in, around, or out of town! Walk to the Saturday Farmers Market (May-October), the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre and Pool, ACT Performing Arts Theatre and beautiful 224th Street to catch a festival or parade.

Maple Ridge offers many wonderful walking trails and hikes and a few lakes + beaches, as well as the stunning Golden Ears Provincial Park, all of which you can access in 5-15 minutes by car.

We host guests in town for sports events as we are in close proximity to many arenas such as: Planet Ice, Pitt Meadows Athletic Park + Arena, other sports fields and several golf courses. Langley Events Centre is less than 15 minutes away. The sports scene in this region is unbeatable! Take in a hockey, soccer, lacrosse or baseball tournament during your stay. Take in a Vancouver Football Club soccer match or cheer on the Vancouver Giants just across the bridge.

Business travelers particularly enjoy our location as we are near Ridge Meadows Hospital and the Justice Institute of BC, and we are in a central location which employees in the film industry appreciate.
There is ample parking on our quiet street, you won't have any trouble finding a place to park but please note not to park between the two driveways as it will block the fire hydrant which is against city bylaws.

The suite is in a quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood. You are within walking distance to the downtown core + the shops on beautiful 224th Street. In the evenings you can go for a lovely walk around our well-established neighbourhood.

Situated between Lougheed Hwy and Dewdney Trunk Rd, this is the perfect location to quickly get into or out of town. We are 500 metres from bus stops and 1.5 km (20 min walk) from the Port Haney Station if you're taking the West Coast Express downtown.
This large-but-charming suite is partially soundproofed and almost entirely renovated with laminate flooring throughout. This main floor suite is easily accessible with no stairs and is naturally bright in the daytime. We are a 10 minute walk to the best shopping, restaurants, pubs and cafes that Maple Ridge has to offer.

The spacious living room with floor-to ceiling brick fireplace (gas) provides the perfect space to relax and unwind, while the bedroom offers a comfortable place to rest after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to cook up a delicious meal, and you'll love the cozy bathroom with fluffy towels and full sized tub with shower. The small nook off of the living room is set up with a desk for any office work you may need to do. We have curated different décor pieces to showcase local artists and vendors with a touch of our personal style.

LIVING ROOM:
The windows of the living room look onto the front yard with magnolia tree, garden and other greenery. The oversized sectional is so comfy to curl up on and also contains a double hide-a-bed. We have a matching oversized chair and ottoman so you can put your feet up and watch tv, read a book or scroll through your phone. The 50” tv comes set up with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime for your viewing pleasure. For those looking for a more traditional form of entertainment, in the living room you will also find books, board games + puzzles for the whole family, decks of cards as well as some action figures and Barbies for the younger kids.

There is a bassinet/pack’n’play combo (and bedding for it) tucked away in the hall closet for our guests with small children - if you let us know prior to check-in, we can have this set up for your arrival. Also available is a high chair and plastic children’s dishes/cutlery. Please keep in mind that the suite is not baby-proofed.

KITCHEN:
The compact kitchen contains all of the essentials for cooking (pots, pans, spices, etc.) and has a Keurig, toaster, microwave and kettle. There will be some coffee pods, a variety of teas, and some sugar packets to get you started that will have you feeling right at home. The full size fridge and freezer is a great size no matter your length of stay. The dining area has an extendable table with seating for 4. Grocery delivery is also available from Save-On Foods (West Maple Ridge).

BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a memory foam queen-sized bed that gets rave reviews about how comfortable it is. For a good night's sleep, our bedroom has room darkening shades and the bed features crisp white linens. The complete bedroom set also features two nightstands, dresser and armoire, so you can settle in like home. Extra pillows + bedding, luggage rack and laundry basket are available to use in the closet. Don't worry about being too hot or too cold either - we have a portable heater and fan available to use as well.

BATHROOM:
Full sized tub and shower with plenty of towels, hand towels, wash cloths and makeup towels. Forgot something? We have a complimentary supply of mini essentials (deodorant, razors, lotions, etc.) and just ask you use what you need.

LAUNDRY:
The laundry is shared and you are free to use it when you like, along with the laundry detergents that are available. We prefer to use wool dryer balls instead of dryer sheets, but both are available (try out the dryer balls with a couple drops of the essential oils that are provided). If you forgot to bring an umbrella there are a few to choose from in the laundry room. There is also an iron + ironing board and clothes drying rack for your use. A garment steamer is available - please message us to use it and we will bring it down.
Our location gives you easy access onto Lougheed Highway or Dewdney Trunk Road - the two main arterial roads for getting in, around, or out of town.

We are two blocks from bus stops and 1.5 km to the Port Haney West Coast Express. The new rapid bus line is just around the corner and will take you to Coquitlam’s skytrain station and from there you can be anywhere in the lower mainland.

If you are driving, we are 55 minutes from YVR - Vancouver International Airport, 45 minutes from YXX - Abbotsford International Airport, 45 minutes to either Tsawwassen or Horseshoe Bay Ferry terminals, and about 45 minutes to the heart of downtown Vancouver.

For students attending the Justice Institute of BC (JIBC), the suite is about a 15 minute drive from the Maple Ridge Campus and we would be honoured to host our future heroes. As an IAFF member myself, I am happy to host students for their attendance at the JI.
