“Great hotel...”

Hallways had a musty odor from mildew otherwise this is a first rate hotel facility with superb rooms, linens, service and food.

“Los Angeles Guy”

The staff were phenomenally the best staff I've encountered at a hotel. They were very attentive and offered remedial action as some concerns I had with my room came to light. They followed through right away and found solutions. I will certainly return and tell everyone on my experience. The only drawback is not having wi-fi access in the room free of charge. I thought for that level of service it should be provided.

“POSITIVE EXPERIENCE”

The entire staff were customner-focused. Overall, a very positive experience. In particular, the restaurant staff are very attentive to the needs of customers. We'll definitely come back next year. Recommendation: The Internet Cafe should be complimentary to guests staying at the hotel. The 'Travel Buddy' is an excellent amenity to the hotel guests in catering the entertainment and enjoyment of tourists.

“Overlooking the Bay”

It was a beautiful hotel. Well maintained. Service was great. The Pool was excellent. Well located close to Manila Bay attractions, Shopping centres and entertainment facilities. Would stay there again.

“FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY”

This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in,and I have stayed at some expensive hotels. The room was so nice It felt like you were in someone's home. I would rate the staff there A plus. I only stayed there one night so I did not have a chance to try their restaurant. It was so nice there I wished that I didn't have to leave! This is a real 4 star hotel.

“The hotel of hotels...”

Staff are very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Location is very convenient- from public transportation to department store, and nightlife. Steam room is extremely hot though...I can only stay for maximum of 3 to 5 mins. But,my overall stay is extremely satisfied! Can't wait to go back to this hotel...

“Outstanding”

“Superb view of Manila Bay”

I've stayed at the Diamond Hotel every time I am in Manila - it has a fantastic view over Manila Bay - I was upgraded and had the most beautiful sight of a golden sunset over the bay. The service is always first class, the staff very friendly and helpful. There are many cafe/bars and a great shopping mall nearby to cater for all needs. Definitely recommended.

“Excellent hotel”

Excellent hotel. Everything was great from the hotel staff ,to the room, and to the food. I give the hotel 5 stars for everything,except for the neighborhood. But even in America, some great hotels aren't in the best neighborhoods either. When I go to Manila, I always check the Diamond Hotel first.
