This my 3rd time stay @ Ascot Hotel and I was surprise they upgraded my reservation to executive room as my reserved room is not available. I always take my family here because its of its comfort,and service it offered.
“Great hotel in a great location!”
We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom unit. It was huge. More space than needed for the two of us. My favorite feature of the room is the washer and dryer. The hotel is connected to Glorietta shopping mall. As soon as you walk out of the hotel you are in the center of a shopping area. Inside the hotel is very quiet and security is good. Breakfast was ok.

Our recent stay at Ascott Makati was fantastic! The two bedroom apartment was huge and well appointed. The decor was lovely as was the view. We were only there for one night and didn't use the kitchen other than the fridge but everything we might need was on-hand. There was even a washer and dryer available. The storage space was amazing as well. I could easily spend many days, weeks or even months there in great comfort. The location couldn't have been better as well.

I and my family was so satisfied of finding hotel thru Expedia and the hotel we were able to chose was so impressively to stay. My husband depended information thru internet when we planned our vacation and we were able to planned our itenerary and our vacation went well as planned. We enjoyed our vaation which is the first time of my sons to go to the Philippines. We enjoyed our trip and my sons want to go back next year.
“They remembered me from the last visit”
The customer service was incredible! Upon arrival the guy in the front desk remembered me from my last visit (6 months ago) and greeted me by my name! My only negative is that they still charge for internet service. (I think it should be included in the price) BUT at least now you can have 2 wifi devices logged on at the same time.
“Couldn't help enough”
Had a great week at this hotel. I arrived in the morning after a long flight, to be greeted with iced tea. Because I arrived before check in and my room wasn't available, and they could see I was tired, they upgraded me to an executive suite. When taken to my room, I tried to offer a tip only to be told 'It is our pleasure to serve you". Of course, some staff would accept tips, but the porter saying this just had such a lasting impression on me. This suite was impressive and had everything I could need. The views were spectacular also. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!
