"The guys on the transport service are brilliant. Very close to the airport. Checkin was easy. Rooms very clean . The drinks and the food in the bar are expensive ,£19 for a chicken burger which was nothing special. "

"Beautiful upmarket hotel steeped in history. Attractive decor, welcoming staff. Our king size deluxe roomand bathroom were lovely and spacious but unfortunately the view out the windows was of a small inner roof and other inward looking toom windows. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Busy lifts at check out time meant we had to wait at least 5 min for a space in one. The hotel was very convenient for the city centre and for the whole tram network."
