"Whereever I stay it has to be extremely clean and Picasso did not let me down. Every corner of the room was free from dust, hair and debris. The bathroom was clean and comfortable not the slightest hint of mold. The gym was spotless did not have a hint of odor and the equipment was well maintained. The facility smelled fresh not over powering. Last but certainly not least the staff were top notch, accommodating, polite and an excellent representation of the Filipino people! The location was perfect with lots of restaurants, coffee/tea, bars, parks, market and other attractions within walking distance especially if you like to walk. I will happily stay here again and would recommend especially if you like smaller quieter buildings. Oh let me not forget I enjoyed the gallery and art in and around the hotel as well! "
