“Home away from home”
Gratifying stay at Dusit Thani Manila especially with very nice & jolly hotel staff from the minute we arrive to departure. Room was very clean and comfortable, room service was outstanding. Buffet breakfast with local selection was very delicious.

“Attention to detail!”
Having stayed in really nice hotels, I was initally lukewarm with Dusit but my impression changed just as soon as I checked in. The location was great, being that it is walking distance to Makati's major malls,restaurants & entertainment. The staff was genuinely welcoming and friendly, concierge was awesome ( allowing us to leave our baggage until we return for the second check in ) and even allowed us to check out late because our flight was in the evening. Their security guards even helped us cross the busy streets of Makati, and that is attention to detail! The sheets were nice, rooms were really clean and smelled really good, including it's main hallways. The buffet was great. with variety of selection. The gym was clean and equipped with machines that can accommodate a good work out. Overall, the experience staying here twice was really wonderful!
“Excellent, as usual”
I have stayed at this Dusit on multiple occasions and they never disappoint. This time I was traveling on vacation rather than business, and even though my reservation was for a queen, they upgraded me to a king at no cost. The most satisfying part was that after a transoceanic flight arriving at 5 in the morning, they allowed me to check in at about 730, well before the usual 2pm. This was huge as I was in dire need of a shower and a nap. The breakfast buffet was excellent as usual, with selections appealing to every taste, including some fine cheeses and vegetarian selections. The gym is small but well appointed, and I have never seen it crowded to capacity. My favorite hotel in Makati.
“Best hotel in Makati”
Yes, it was the best check-in experience I've ever had. They had a greeter ask your name and they in turn grab your reservation file, which they then hold with them alongside you until its your turn to go to the front desk to check-in. Awesome... The breakfast buffett was scrumptious. And the best part was that the hotel was right in the middle of the mall area so most of everything was walking distance.

This hotel is beautiful, clean, great staff and excellent security. The breakfast buffet was excellent, so much to choose from and everything was delicious.

Another perfect stay at Dusit Thani hotel! From the minute i walked in til i checked out, it was without a doubt perfect. The hotel had their annual decorations for Christmas season already done up and it made the hotel look even more impressive. The hotel staff is very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure their guests are taken care of. This hotel should be the first choice when staying in Makati. The rooms are very nice, the breakfast buffet is so delicious with so many choices, and what makes this hotel stand out is the front desk reception. They definitely know about customer service and how to make you feel like one of the most important guests in the hotel. I will always chose Dusit Thani for every time i travel to Manila. No hotel can even come close to the location, price, customer service, and the ambience of this place! This has to be the perfect hotel in Makati!
“We will stay at this hotel again”
nice hotel, very good service, we feel safe walking around, security of this hotel is very good. this is our second time staying at this hotel. we are planning to go back again next year. we arrived at the hotel around 12:30noon the front desk allowed us to check in early, also when we checked out, the front desk allowed us to checked out half an hour later the normal check out time. Thank you so much Dusit hotel for the good service.
“"will definitely choose everytime"”
The hotel is in close proximity to malls and a wide variety of restaurants and eateries. If you are in a tight budget and you want to experiment different food-- local, ethnic, international etc. this is the hotel for you. You don't have to take a taxi to go there. You can just walk and the price are very reasonable.
“Very Impressed...can't wait to go back”
Dusit Hotel was such a pleasant surprise. We have never heard of this hotel until Expedia listed it. In our many trips abroad this is the best hotel experince we've ever had. Thank You to all the staff at Dusit Hotel for making our stay in the Philippines memorable. We will see you again......
