"We are a group of 9 ladies over 65. We get together each year for a getaway. This property was great for us. There are several gathering spaces, lots of room, a pool table and a lovely fireplace. There was lots of dry wood available for our use. Thanks very much for that. The view is excellent, beds are great and the kitchen is very well stocked. Everything we needed was there. He is a lovely human being, who seems to genuinely enjoy people. We were very proud to share the beauty of Nova Scotia with our California friends, especially the beauty of the human landscape (-thank you, Colin!). During our stay, the weather was chilly, overcast, rainy, and foggy, but, the warmth of this property’s owner, and the simple, yet, charming accommodations he offers, will bring us back again.- next time, for a longer, sunnier, summer stay."
