The Cour Des Loges has a glass-covered central courtyard, where a restaurant is open for dinner (available at lunch for groups). The Spa Pure Altitude includes two treatment cabins, a small mosaic-lined swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, fitness room, and relaxation room within a veranda surrounded by greenery.
The local and visiting business community can pick from six conference rooms. All have natural light. The largest, the Jeu de Paume, has space for 84 people, overlooks a small interior courtyard and has 15th-century columns. The Salon Agapes is one of the most charming meeting spaces with a huge old fireplace that crackles in the winter and walls decorated with frescoes by Hervé Thibault. In addition to the six conference rooms, each of the four storeys is fitted with round table and chairs for small business discussions (for around eight).

This hotel has 61 guestrooms, all of which are decorated with antique furniture and contemporary furniture by Macintosh and Le Corbusier, hand-painted frescoes by Hervé Thibault, and parquet flooring. Rooms overlook the interior courtyard (windows are frosted) or the peaceful rue du Boeuf. Many of the rooms have beamed ceilings. Rooms have wireless internet access (surcharge). The bathrooms, designed by Philippe Starck, display his characteristic theatrical touch with ruched curtains and bath large enough for two.

Tout est dans le titre. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel à tout ceux qui recherchent un établissement classieux, original, romantique et loin des standards des chaînes hotelières habituelles. N'hésitez pas à utiliser le parking de l'hôtel, cela revient presque au même prix que le parking public, mais avec plus de chances de retrouver votre auto intacte !

“biz stay in Lyon”
Awesome hotel! the staff were amazing; incredibly attentive, totally helpful, not overpowering, the rooms are quirky and very warm, best to avoid the mezzanine rooms as they are a little too quirky and not easy to navigate after a few bottles of vino. The bathrooms are adorned with philip stark ware which I felt looked a little dated and the rooms themselves are a little dark but i guess should be expceted from a 16th C. hotel... very reasonable price too for such quality, service and ambience I can't recomend highly enough

“The best Hotel in Lyon, France.”
The location of Cours des Loges is the best in Lyon, in an old part of the city, the center for silk merchants from the 14th through 17th centuries. The architecture of the hotel combines 4 of these old centers, opening on a court, the location of the fine restaurant. Even the smallest room has exceptional amenities; ours giving onto a garden. The concierges were quick to speak English, quick to mark maps to important sites; Gerard and Francois were essential to our stay. The restaurant serves exceptional food and wines, with knowledgeable sommelier and wait staff. We have stayed in Chateaux all over France, and Cours des Loges ranks with any of them.
“Un hotel avec du caractere”
L'entree est superbe, a la fois moderne et pleine de caractere avec ses nombreuses voutes. Tres bon petit dejeuner, tres bonne cuisine au restaurant gastronomique et encore cadre tres romantique et en meme temps a la mode. Le seul petit bemol: la salle de bain - elle aurait eu besoin d'etre renovee et prevoyez votre apres-shampoing!

L'hotel est situé au coeur du vieux lyon et est très proche du centre ville. Idéal pour découvrir Lyon à pied. Cadre magnifique et service irréprochable. L'accès n'est pas facile en voiture (surtout si on fait confiance à son GPS) mais le concierge est d'une grande patience et donne toutes les explications nécessaires.

This hotel is in the heart of one of Lyon's most historical districts. It is a unique combination of the old and the new -- a property that reminds one of a castle or grand home, with a variety of cleverly decorated rooms. Great service and comfort.
