"The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The area where the property is located is Not the best, but they seem to have good security. The food and restaurants were very good. The all inclusive was worth it for us. My biggest complaint was the beds. They were very firm and hard. I could not sleep the first two nights. Also the sleeper sofa is worse than the beds."

"We really liked the hotel and were lucky to get a room on the 8th floor with the most stunning view .. the lobby and the hotel is very modern and looks better than on pictures the staff were very nice (specially Omar and Louisa ) views from the restaurants are amazing and everything exceeded our expectations.. food was also delicious and surprised us in a good way.. so tipping and signing bills after each dining wasn’t a big deal for us .. entertainment was great.. playground for kids is great - just be aware the kids club is from age 4 not earlier .. Only negative - was the water in the pools…didn’t look so clean Not sure if it’s because of the pool finish ? Everything else was perfect and we definitely recommend this hotel Thank you 🙏 "

"Beautiful. Legit 5 star service and amenities. Far above the ‘other one’ next door (which I’ve also stayed at). Loved the design and all the little extras including the spa hydro treatment (included for guests). Restaurants were great, especially Yama. Habibi was tasty but I’d recommend skipping Lumiere if you are short on time - even the standard ‘French’ dishes seem to fall a bit short. Not my favorite. The pool service was great especially on week days. Weekends in wedding season is quite busy and often the servers were maxed out, especially for service on the beach. But overall, can’t wait to return. "
