“A LA pearl - highly recommended”
Very beautiful hotel, the rooms and views are just spectacular, the personnel is very polite and alert. The gym is equipped with the latest machines/treadmills/elliptical... The experience couldn't be better. The only thing I didn't like so much was the lack of a breakfast place somewhere in the lobby. However, there is a starbucks close by. Will definitely go again.
“THE RITZ LA LIVE”
THE RITZ IS BEST HOTEL THAT I HAVE STAYED!!!!!!! SERVICE WAS GREAT AND THE LOUNGE STAFF TOOK CARE OF OUR EVERY NEED. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!
“Great Hotel, Convenient Location”
Overall a "Ritz" level of service. Convenient location. Only problem is the housekeeping did not do such a great job on cleaning up the previous guest. Ice bucket is full of water, opened soap box is still lying on the floor, and some vacuuming needs to be done around the bed. Second day they cleaned up everything and it was good. Second thing is the lobby is a little too small for a 5 star hotel, you don't get the grand feeling like the other "Ritz". JW Mariott on the other hand actually looks more grand comparing to the Ritz.
“If ever in LA again, I will definitely go back”
I hope to go back to LA sometime in the near future and would definetly stay at the Ritz Carlton. It was extremely comfortable and a terrific location. Everyone was very helpful and accomodating.
“Nice Business Hotel”
The service was excellent!
“LA in the fast lane”
The Ritz-Carlton is a stunning hotel with everything one can expect from a 5 star establishment. The only - points were the internet was extremely slow and the hot water took 15 minutes before it was warm enough to bathe. Staff were very professional and helpful. Would stay here again.
“A class of its own”
The Ritz-Carlton, LA is one of the best hotels we ever visited. The rooms are modern and the staff is very professional. Do not miss the Lounge on the 23rd floor with great food and a marvellous view on LA.
“Best of the Best”
Each member of staff encountered was friendly, personable and knowledgable. We has Club Room access and the lounge was much larger than at other hotels we have visited, yet laid out in such a way that it was still intimate. Room was large, very well appointed, with magnificant views. Bathroom suite had separate divided-off areas with large bath/shower in one, sinks and vanities in another and wc in the third. Free bottled water was available throughout, a nice touch.
“Great hotel with outstanding service”
Check in was quick and efficient. When they heard it had taken me 16 hours & terrible flights to get from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles due to weather problems, I was upgraded to club level. Club level includes access to the club lounge where you get free breakfast, lunch, snacks, and impeccable service with whatever else you may need. I was impressed with the professionalism and genuine niceness of all the staff. Most of them always called me by my name which usually surprised me. My room was lovely and very clean and large. Lots of mirrors and surfaces to put things on. The huge tub was heaven. Location was perfect for me because I was attending a concert at the LA Live complex. The Ritz Carlton is upscale and quiet, but its connected to the Marroitt beside it which has a big active lobby, so you really get the best of both. I am a woman and I was traveling alone and I felt quite safe and comfortable. They took very good care of me and on my last night the turndown service included a lovely plate of assorted chocolates and a personalized note. I would aboslutely go back again!
“Fantastic!!!!”
The Service was fantastic!! I was a bit surprised by the look of the lobby. I thought it would be a little more opulent for the Ritz.....
