“Excellent, centrally located hotel/apartment”

Great hotel/apartment - especially for the price. Centrally located in Kensington just steps from the (multi-line) Earl's Court Tube stop which takes you anywhere you need to go in London. The clean, contemporary rooms offer a great use of space with full kitchen, comfortable bed, breakfast table, armoire even a dressing table in the main room. Bathroom is a little cramped but it serves the purpose. Staff was friendly and helpful, neighbohood is great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. (We stayed in a Studio Apartment)

“Great hotel”

Just completed a week-long stay at the Presidential Apartments and we were extremely satisfied with the hotel and the price. Location is very convenient to the Earl's Court tube where the District and Picadilly lines (to the airport) run. Easy, cheap restaurants (and plenty of them) are within 5 minutes walk along Earl's Court road and these are particularly family friendly places for those with small children. For nicer fair, South Kensington offered some great French places. The apartment itself (1 bedroom on the lower level) was in great condition. The bathroom was quite small but functional. The living room had a stove, oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher and refriegerator. All very convenient for making breakfast in the morning and washing dirty clothes. This made it so we could pack much lighter and simply wash every few days. The fold-out sofa-bed was a bit hard, but we were readily supplied with a down pillow-bed to lay over it which turned it into a very comfortable and good sleep. The living room also has it's separate door so the place essentially became 2 bedrooms at night. The furniture is modern and the heated bathroom floor is a plus. All in all, a great hotel in a great location. Would reccomend to anyone and a much better value than similarly priced traditional hotels in the area with none of the added features of an apartment.

“Wonderful Stay”

Hotel was very well appointed and quite convenient to shopping, restaurants, tube stops, etc. In a great area. Hotel allowed us to check in very early and was quite helpful in arranging cars and other requests. Would definitely stay there again.

“Best location in London”

Our apartment more than exceeded our expectations- everything from the location, amenities and prompt service to our requests by the cheerful staff, all with a smile and a willingness to please, made this a delightful stay. we would be happy to return anytime. Their location near to the underground, pubs, internet cafes, grocery stores and anything you might need, in addition to the park in this beautiful residential neighborhood made it enjoyable and convenient. In addition, the dishwasher, washing machine, complete kitchen including fridge, diswasher and stove in our studio apt. made it truly a home away from home. (and the heated towel rack, radiant heated bathroom floor and daily maid service didn't hurt either! ) we would definitely go back. all this at a resonable price, less than any hotel we checked. It was near museums and easy to get into the center of London or the many train stations via the Underground, only a half block away. We loved the Presidential Apartments!

“Clean and Comfortable!”

We were a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids ages 6 and 12. The hotel was minutes away from Earl's Court and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, I would recommend it for a for couple but not for a family. The bedroom did not have a door and the living room was just enough for a sofa bed. I would consider it comfortable for 2 but not 4 - it was a little cramped. There was no dishwasher but did have a washer/dryer combination. The staff was very courteous and we always came back to a clean room with clean towels.

“Presidential apartments Kensington Londres : très bien situé”

nous partions avec un avis défavorable car nous pensions trouver "une cave bruyante - ménage laissant à désirer" et notre surprise a été très agréable. Bien sûr nous étions en sous sol mais avec une fenêtre donnant sur une petite terrasse, l'intérieur très confortable, très propre et surtout très bien équipé tout le confort (seul petit bémol la très petite taille du lababo de la salle de bain). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette fomule d'appartement-hôtel qui laisse de grandes latitudes

“Very good, but overpriced”

We are family of 4 (Wife, 2 children aged 6/9 and self). After initial hiccups when they put us up in the basement, we were very happy with the experience. I complained bitterly to the staff about being in the basement and they brought us up above the ground after 2 nights, at no extra cost. the apartments are nice, modern and well equipped. They are very convenently located (zone I, on a direct line from heathrow), 2 minutes' walk from Earls Court station. In a good neighbourhood. Plenty of choices to buy grocery / and restaurents for food. Difficult to find fault with anything. And by London sizes, rooms are large. the hotel was overpriced. my be i got a bad deal. But if you want to be cautious and not spoil the experieince, this is the one. But make sure and avoid the basement

“Loved it here”

Stayed on the 4th floor in a lovely apartment, small but had everything we needed. Very handy to Earls Court Tube Station which takes you to anywhere you need to go. Enough cafes, resturants and food shops around to buy in or eat out. Staff were extremely helpful Recommend it highly. I was there with husband and 2 kids.

“Excellent place”

Close to the tube station. I was shown to my room and explained how everything worked. There was a bowl of fruit in my room. Really clean. I woudl most definately stay there again.

“Short stay; business/leisure”

Absolutely perfect. Special requests for early check-in and storage; no problem, no extra charges involved. The room was perfect; modern, spacious, everything required for a perfect stay whether it be for a day, week or a month.
