Very easy access to the beach which is good for those who find it difficult to walk. .What we didn't like there was only coffee provided for our room would have been nice to have a variety of tea available. All in all it was a nice room and clean.

We have been to Sandcastle many times over 18 years. It has been a few years since we were there. Mainly because of cost. We’ve gone to other hotels. Everything is very worn. Things seem patched together. Paint and doors are scratched up. Bathroom was old and some things didn’t work. It felt very much that they no longer needed to maintain things if customers keep coming. The hot tub and pool were nice, but the hot tub was too hot to be in. It felt like 106. That could be fine, but it was 80 and humid in the room. It was a disappointing stay, and sadly, we won’t be back.

Pros: Right on the beach, room was clean, quiet. Cons: Could use a coat of paint, no housekeeping at all. We were there 3 nights - had to ask for towels, no one came to empty trash and no place to empty it ourselves.

We love this place last couple of years we have come here for spring break! It’s affordable, right on beach, kids love the pool, we like that there is a separate room in the rooms so kids can have own room. My only complaint would be the blankets as in not enough or not heavy enough.
