"Hotel is in a convenient location just a 10 minute walk from the old city center. The area is cute, near a lovely church. It is a steep uphill walk however to leave the hotel. So if you have mobility issues, this is not for you. Breakfast was very nice quality, fresh and delicious, including croissants, bacon, fresh nutella muffins, etc. Unfortunately, no coffee or tea facilities in the room! This was a shock! The rooms are also not very dark as a light beams in through the bathroom window and...

"The hotel is located about 1 kilometer from the city center of Leuven in a quiet suburb. The room was stylishly decorated, clean and spacious. There is a bar and restaurant with a large terrace and they do offer breakfast as well. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. "We booked this with two hours notice, and received excellent service including directions to park our large van, five minutes walk away. You have to bear in mind this is a budget hotel, and as such we found it to be very good. There was a minor problem with the plumbing, which was dealt with efficiently and very very quickly. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and spoke. Excellent English."

"I think it's comfortable, clean, and in a good location. I think check-in could be better, currently it's only between 4-6pm which is super difficult but the proprietor accomodated me at 2:30pm. The room was clean but the shower head was broken and the bed was ok."
