“Free upgrade to a suite - great view from the sauna”

We arrived at 1:00 AM in the morning. The night staff upgraded us to a full suite since they had no remaining non-smoking room in our booked class (lowest). This worked great since we had opted for no breakfast. The kitchenette had a half-size fridge, and there is a reasonably priced 8-to-8 supermarket 20 meters outside the hotel door... We were on the 27th floor. Not much of a daytime view, but nice at night. Plus it was just a two floor stairway walk up to the fitness / sauna facilities. The view from the sauna is worth the visit.

“recommend it”

-Very satisfied with the service and hotel room condition. -The free internet access in the lobby is very convenient but too many people use it without the time limit. One time we saw two young boys around 7 years old playing games on the computer without an adult supervision. It is suggested that every guest be limited 60 minutes each time if someone is waiting. -The hotel is very close to the north train station (a few minutes) and metro (right outside of the hotel). It is also walking distance to Grand Place, if you don't mind 10-15 minutes walking exercise. -The cost of breakfast is expensive and could be more variety instead of the same things every morning. Surprisingly it is sort of the American style. But the breakfast hours are good. -Another convenience is that the hotel also allows you to store your luggages if you have to check out but have a late flight/train to go to the next destination. So during the time you check out and before going to the next destination, you can still browse around without having to carry the luggages. -We were in Brussels for only a few days so are not familiar with the surrounding neighbourhood. One weekend night we walked back to the hotel at midnight and it seemed OK.

Hotel nickel, petit dej' buffet gargantuesque, chambre très spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire (et même plus). Situation très bonne : entrée de métro en bas de l'hotel et tramway à proximité. Sinon Grand Place très proche à pied (15/20min)

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel avec ma femme. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de cet hôtel. Le personnel est sympa. L'hôtel est propre et très bien situé (à pied des principaux sites touristiques) La chambre est très correcte. Un très bon rapport qualité prix

“I LOVE the pillows”

Hotel was in a nice location, very easy check-in. Room was very comfortable. I loved the pillows, wanted to take a few home with me. Very comfortable overall. And being in Europe, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had an ICE MACHINE! However, the booklet in the room said there was one on every other floor, and the only one I could find was on the lobby floor.

“Thon Hotel Brussels centre”

An excellent retreat when you are exhausted after a days sightseeing. Very clean and comfortable. All staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic! Wonderful panoramic view of the city at night!

“Très satisfait de mon séjour”

Globalement très satisfait de mon séjour au Thon Hotel de Bruxelles. Palace quatre étoiles bien situé en plein coeur du centre-ville avec la gare du Nord à 100m : pratique pour pouvoir "s'évader" de la capitale pour faire de petites escapades dans d'autres villes comme Anvers, Bruges, Liège par exemple. Hôtel très bien entretenu et très propre (en particulier la chambre)!! Bravo à la Direction pour ces deux points. Présence à proximité de l'Hôtel de nombreux commerces !!

“Très très bien”

Bel hôtel de 29 étages !! Vue magnifique sur la ville. Chambre très propre et lit confortable. Petit plus un parapluie est à disposition, c'est bien pratique. Personnel charmant. Vraiment ravie, je vous le recommande chaudement.
