The area is cute, near a lovely church. It is a steep uphill walk however to leave the hotel. So if you have mobility issues, this is not for you. Breakfast was very nice quality, fresh and delicious, including croissants, bacon, fresh nutella muffins, etc. Unfortunately, no coffee or tea facilities in the room! This was a shock! The rooms are also not very dark as a light beams in through the bathroom window and glass door, as well as several led lights coming from the television etc. It was quiet and I was undisturbed by noise. One of the bed sheets was stained by small red specks, like rust and there were several hairs stuck to the wall in the bathroom which was unsavory. There was no conditioner offered in the shower and the hot water took several minutes of running to turn on. The staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant! Helaas redelijk warme kamer (zoals zoveel hotels) maar geen airco. The Shepherd had voorzien in ventilatoren. Zal in de zomer geen luxe zijn geweest.
