Extraordinary very large beach area Lovely place to wonder atound and embrace nature."

"Very helpful and friendly host. Saw that we had bikes on the back of the car and stored them overnight in his garage to make sure they were safe. Le Portel is a nice place with plenty of places to eat and of course a nice view of the sea. The view from the apartment was fantastic and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable. We used it as a stopover before travelling further south and can highly recommend it"

"The property is nice and very clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great overlooking the marina and within a walking distance to the beach, the towns shops and the supermarket. We parked for free nearby opposite a nice bakery only 2 minutes walk to the hotel, we could see our car from the balcony. The bakery is a plus as it opens very early in the morning and sells bread, pastries, sandwiches and pizza so great for buying meals. "

"Our 3rd visit to this aparthotel. It was fabulous as usual. We always choose this place, as the price is very reasonable, especially for that area. Its only a 20 minute pleasant walk to the beach and lovely town. With the option of using the handy kitchenette ,plus free parking and attractive location . "Lovely location with a great view of the sea from the bedroom and lounge. The place was perfect for the 4 of us and the kids loved the bunks. The kitchen is quite tiny but serviceable. We were walkable to the beach and along a nice path at the bottom of the house which takes you into the town. We will be back!"

"This property is the worst we have ever stayed in. It was filthy, the dishes in the kitchen were cracked and dirty. The stairs to the bedrooms are a ladder and my Mum couldn’t get up and down them. The boiler didn’t work properly and actually broke on the last day leaving us no hot water. There was a smashed window in my daughters bedroom which I told the owner about and he didn’t even respond. This place is not fit to be rented."

"It didn’t quite live up to expectations from photos. It’s quite basic and tired and wasn’t terribly clean. We had an issue with the power the first night, but a friendly neighbour sorted it out in the morning. The owner was sending someone round which we didn’t need in the end, so she was very responsive."
