“Good Value in Lake George”
If you're looking for clean, affordable, basic accommodation, this place is great. The office was already closed when we arrived just before 9 PM, but the manager came down quickly from upstairs and was very friendly and helpful. The room was small with somewhat dated fixtures, but immaculately clean and quite comfortable. Although it was too cold that night to swim, the pool looked very clean and well-maintained. With a location just off the north end of Lake George's Canada Street "strip," it's an easy 5-10 minute walk to the boardwalk, clubs, etc. but you'll avoid most of the noise when you're trying to sleep.

It was a nice clean motel that was located at the end of town. A little hard to find due to lack of road signs in town, but the staff was very helpful with directions. It is only a short walk to Lake George. I would recommend the motel to others and plan ons taying there again next year.

Enjoyed my pre-season stay. Staff very nice. Easy walk to the downtown area.
“Older Hotel in need of Updating”
Owners of hotel were great and very friendly. The hotel was old and needed updating. The mattresses were not comfortable at all and needed to be replaced. Location was wonderful and very convenient to all of the shops and everything Lake George has to offer.
“Motel Montreal -”
Motel Montreal is very conveniently located close to the Lake George Village and to Lake George itself. The rooms are clean and the owners are pretty nice. On the down side, the rooms are quite old and small; And are more "cabin" like. We were on the ground floor and could hear the thumping sound when people walked on the first floor, which could begin as early as 4:00 am which was the case when we stayed.
