“MAke sure you double check your bill!”

The hotel was great! People were nice and it was convinent to where we stayed. The only issue I had and after 2 weeks it is still not taken care of is that I paid for the room on Expedia and the hotel charged me also after I left for the room. I'm still trying to get the credit back on my card for it.

“Not Impressed”

I stayed at this hotel because it was a "Best Western" - I have never had a bad experience at a Best Western. But My family and I were in room 230 - it was if there was not an ounce of insulation in the walls. We heard absolutley everything that went on in the rooms on both sides of us - as well as every single footstep that went down the hallway. It was a horrible nights sleep - and will most likely look else where the next time we come to visit Lake George.

“Nice central location - needs updating.”

Pros: Location and friendly staff. Cons: Room and hotel need to be updated - definitely showing its age. Continental Breakfast is a joke. While the location and staff make the stay pleasant - there are much more modern hotels in the area to check out. I don't think that the hotel room was worth what we paid a night. So its hard to say I truly recommend it or not...

“Cheap, but not fit for family stay”

I visited the hotel recently with my wife. To say the least, I was unimpressed with the overall hotel ambience. On visiting the hotel, I saw that the room carpet was messy, with patches of dust around. The overall room gave a feeling of congestion and unease. Also, the wash basin was outside the bathroom, which caused difficulty in brushing teeth etc. I think the hotel is not a good fit if you are looking for a trip with your family and expecting a comfortable, carefree and refreshing stay.

“never again”

beds were too small, air conditioning very loud and not working properly. the bathroom fan also very loud and toilet not flushing properly. front desk personel not very concern. also the setup for the buffet not organized,flow pattern not flowing.

“Nothing to write home about”

Clean but older motel. Like most Best Westerns, they're located just out of the city, which meakes for an inconventient location. "Free Continental Breakfast" usually means more than coffee and donuts.
