"Very nice house with everything we needed. Enough bedlinnen, towels etc. The wasmachine broke down and Gitte, who is a great lovely host, arranged immediately a new one. Orihuela is great, shopping, bars and a beach especially for dogs. The only thing that we would have like to know is that (in winter) there is no sun in the treaded of the house."

"As we were older visitors we found that the villa had too many curved stairs and we had difficulty keeping the villa warm. The north facing balcony wasn’t in the sun but the upper terrace did provide some seating area. However this was February/ March. The upgrades to the villa that have been completed were very good."

"What a fab location... half way between Mil Palmeras beaches and the beaches at the harbour/tower. Loved that there were no steep hills anywhere. Really good local bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk if you don't fancy the 15 minute walk to those two hubs. The Indian hut is gorgeous, and the pueblo latino square was very nice in the evening for some good Italian food. The Pavillion bar has pool tables and shows the football which made my brother very happy. The Chinese and Greek...

"Very nice place great host who takes the time to talk to you and visited to clean pool.kitchen well equipped nice large tv with channels from different countrys .washing machine was a great help .pool great for cooling down in heat .in a good residential area within 15mins of sea front and bars.really good supermercardo at end if street .overall really good time had here thanks hans"

Large outside area was very private and secure. Alain was very helpful and always on hand if needed. Would have no hesitation in staying here again."

"Very clean villa in a quiet gated community. Very modern with a large outside patio area containing dining table and sunbeds. Close to the swimming pool. 30 minute walk to nearest restaurants. It is phase 2 of the de elopement so sat nav took us to the wrong location. Ask for a map as once you know where it is, it is easy to find."

"The property was lovely and clean and spacious . The ease of check in was great too . The location was fab opposite the pool and walking distance to bars and restaurants and le Zenia Boulevard shopping centre . We walked to Playa flamenca beach which took us approx 25 min . The welcome pack was lovely too . We Did hire a car . But it’s not a necessity if you like walking . The host was always on hand if we had any problems which was reassuring. We would definitely stay at This property...

"Real estate is great, nicely located. Internal conditions not great. 2nd bath has very low water pressure.Bring your own water boiler for coffee. The one in the property has been calcified. Allow users access off hours, it is not easy to travel here. Leave a lockbox outside. Print draw bridge schedule, draw bridge broke twice within two days."

"We love this place 2nd time back. Ideally situated easy free parking. Super super clean and a gorgeous smell. Staff all very friendly. Little apartment has kitchen with fridge, washing machine and TV. Balcony that looks out into garden and pool. Just perfect for a few days travelling through but definitely great for longer stays too. Great buffet breakfast at 5€. Relaxing breakfast comedor with hospitable staff. Definitely recommend and will use again and again "
