"This rental greatly exceeded our expectations! The property is quiet, peaceful, extremely well maintained. Pool is beautiful and was never crowded. The condo itself is very comfortable, updated, clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything we could have possibly needed (and much more!). There is a nice lanai overlooking golf course. We had access to quality beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Area is very pleasant for walking - short walk to A-Bay, lot of shops and restaurants....

"Our second trip to this complex. Thus unit had 270* views of the island. Could see the observatories on Mauna Kea one clear morning. Great location, wonderful views and access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club provides fantastic snorkling. We grilled fresh fish and steaks nightly and enjoyed Kona Coffee each morning. Looking forward to our next visit! Amy was great!"

"Nice place, has everything. Only complaint was the upstairs Neighbor. Up at 5am stomping till 7am. Earplugs didn’t even help. Not the best thing to be woken up to on vacation every morning."

"The description is accurate, but as important - the house was very well stocked. Actual sharp knives and nonstick pans in a rental? Heck yes. We plan to come back to the big island, and when we do, this house will be our first choice."

"We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in E2 and it was clean, spacious and convenient for us. We loved everything about this place. The only downfall is waking up on the last day to wash laundry and check out by 10am. I wish we had a little more time to pack up and do laundry. "

"We had a wonderful stay at our condo. They did a great job equipping the unit with everything you would want for cooking and outdoor activities. We requested additional boogie boards and they were delivered right away. Keyless entry was ideal for all of us coming and going. "Being able to wander down the hill and across the street to snorkel was definitely a highlight. Our favourite room in the condo was the lanai, with it’s view of the park and ocean. The exterior of the complex is well-maintained with manicured gardens and a nice pool area. The condo itself is a little tired. A coat of paint, clearing the cupboards, removing/replacing the garburator, and new bed mattresses are suggestions for improvements. The property host was very responsive to our texts and...

"This was a great property. The grounds and condo were beautiful. Small amount of beach stuff to use. Washer and dryer came in handy. It would have been nice to have some tupperware or foil in the kitchen. The walls are thin and we could hear every step made upstairs. There is a nice quiet bay within walking distance. "
