"This was a first time trip to the area for my adult son (27 yo) and me. We chose the beautiful location and ended up being about 14 miles from the venue for the son of our friends. The home was perfect for us and just as advertised. It was a 3-5 minute drive or short walk to any of the boardwalks to the beach. We encountered or saw lots of wildlife: alligators during the day, a large turtle crawling across golf course, lots of birds and lots of deer at night. The little village between Seabrook...

Our two labs enjoyed the large fenced in yard on the occasions when I didn't walk them in the neighborhood. We drove our Airstream van and were offered the opportunity to plug in to keep the fridge cold and batteries charged. I would highly recommend anyone this place."

"I was visiting my son for the holidays and needed a place to stay. This house was perfect. Loved walking around the yard looking at the plants or sitting outside on the covered patio. The house was decorated for Christmas. It was well-stocked for me to cook meals. The host communicates quickly. There is a guest book with recommendations. The host even offered a bottle of wine!
