Rooms are nice considering the price and the dumpy hotels around it. Staff is mediocre, NO breakfast, WiFi broken during entire 2-week stay. Ridiculous. The worst are the nasty scary people loitering outside. The staff or hotel needs to take care of this issue. It’s like a halfway house with all the sketchy people hanging around. I did not feel safe and I’m a 6’1” 200lb athletic guy. Seems like a nice area at first but as soon as the sun sets, it’s a totally different feel.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Here's a bad review for the hotel: I had a disappointing stay at this hotel due to the appalling condition of the room. The carpets were stained the bathroom was a disaster with moldy tiles and a broken showerhead.

The staff was very kind and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and stocked well. Everything about the hotel itself was fine. My boyfriend’s truck got stolen right out of the parking lot however. The staff was very kind and readily let us see the camera footage, and even gave us a room to stay in while we waited on somebody from home to come get us. It was a good hotel, but maybe choose a different location.

The hotel was immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful. The area was nice and safe. All was peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay again. Great value for the price.

The inside of the rooms were dirty. Not mopped or vacuumed. One room that was given to me had old food in the fridge. Dusty in the room as well bad housekeeping employees. Things should be wiped down due to sickness. That's part of sanitizing.

Definitely not what we were expecting being that we had stayed at a Redroof plus before. The front desk person was rude and not very welcoming. The elevator was very slow. The property was old, dingy and in need of updates. The pillows were flat as a pancake and the beds were not comfortable. We were very glad that we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours on our way through town. There are plenty of other hotels in this area and we really wished we had booked any of the others. Definitely would not stay again or recommend.
